Real Estate Staging
In a real estate market that is seeing more inventory and less activity, it is more important than ever to take the time to prepare your house to sell. This may mean making some investments to improve your home, or simply staging it to sell.
The goal of real estate staging is to emphasize the positives, and detract from the negatives of a house, make a it look and feel as large as possible, and depersonalize and neutralize the property so that it appeals to the largest number of potential buyers.
Your home is one of your biggest investments, and for a relatively minimal amount of time and money, home staging will help you sell more quickly and for a higher price.
Staging may include:
An initial 90-minute consultation, which includes a walk-through of the home, and results in a list of suggestions detailing what to do to prepare the home for the market
Pre-packing of all non-essential items to minimize clutter, create additional space and
neutralize the property
Rearrange furnishings, art and accessories to draw attention to the positive features of the home, while minimizing the negative
Adding items that may be needed to help the home show in its best possible light.
